Cancellation Policy

- Appointments Permanent jewelry services are available by appointment only and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are confirmed via email. - Deposits A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total at the time of service. - Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedule requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to maintain appointment flow. - Guests Guests are welcome per appointment. Max 4 people please! Studio space is limited. - Repairs & Adjustments First-time permanent jewelry repairs or size adjustments are complimentary. All subsequent repairs or adjustments are $10 per visit. - Service & Liability Disclaimer Permanent jewelry is welded directly onto the body and intended for long-term wear. While the jewelry may be removed if necessary, all services are final once welding is completed. We are not responsible for breakage due to normal wear, accidental damage, excessive force, or improper care. - Health & Safety Clients with pacemakers, medical devices, metal sensitivities, or other relevant health considerations must disclose this prior to service. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with permanent jewelry application.
