Although our pieces are made with high grade materials and are generally waterproof and non-tarnishable, please follow the instructions below to truly keep your NCG ware for life:
- Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising to prevent exposure to moisture.
- Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, ideally in a jewelry pouch or box, to avoid scratches and tarnish.
- Use a soft cloth to gently clean your jewelry, removing dirt and restoring its shine. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the coating.
- To minimize exposure to chemicals, wear your jewelry after applying perfumes, lotions, or sprays.
