• Our private showroom is open by appointment only.

• No same-day bookings are available. All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• You are welcome to bring guests with you to your appointment — we love creating a shared experience.

• All appointments will be accepted and officially confirmed via email. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking.
   

Repairs & Adjustments

• For appointments involving repairs, resizing, adjustments, or custom aftercare, please reach out via email or Instagram DM so we can schedule the appropriate service time.
   

Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please contact us directly via DM or email to adjust your appointment. We’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
